Apple iPhone
The Apple iPhone was unveiled on the 9 Jan 2007 at the Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show.The phone has a number of advanced features, including a complete touchscreen interface which can be configured by the user. It also allows the user to watch streaming video, and of course download music from iTunes.
It was also announced that the phone would feature free push email, provided by Yahoo!, which will bring it into direct competition with the dominant device of the moment, BlackBerry.
In the US the phone is expected to retail for between $250 - $500, and will only be available through Cingular until the end of 2009.
