FuckedCompany.com is a website run by Philip Kaplan. Started during the dot com boom and bust, the website was once a useful source of information on companies and often carried early breaking news.However, in late 2004 the site became overrun with spammers, and its forums clogged with repeat posts. Despite a number of attempts a cleaning it up the site became neglected. In late 2005 the forum system was turned off.
Today the site still exists and carries sporadic news. Its founder, Philip Kaplan, is currently the chairman of AdBrite, an internet company that was formerly known as HTTPAds and came about as a direct result of Fuckedcompany.com
