Joe Geeling
Joseph Geeling (Joe Geeling) was 11 years old when he was stabbed to death and dumped in Greater Manchester.A massive search was launched for Joe, a cystic fibrosis sufferer, after he failed to return home from school.
He had left St Gabriel's High in the afternoon and was last seen by fellow pupils on Manchester Road at about 1600 GMT on the day he died.
Police, firefighters, a mountain rescue team and members of Joe's family searched for the youngster in freezing temperatures.
His body was found hidden under debris in a tree-lined gulley in the park the next day.
On the 16th of October 15 year old Michael Hamer was found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder.
