Kevin Tripp
Antoinette Richardson and Tony Virsami were arrested and charged with the murder of Kevin Tripp, 57, on June 12th 2008.Mr Tripp, from Colliers Wood, south London, suffered serious head injuries during the incident and died in hospital on Wednesday.
He lived with his partner and their five-year-old daughter.
His neighbour of more than 20 years, Brenda McDonagh, 70, described Mr Tripp as a "nice chap".
"He was in the wrong place at the wrong time,"
"Kevin was a quiet, self-effacing man. The last thing in the world he would do would be to become involved in anything violent.
"He just wasn't that sort of guy. He just got on with life."
It has also been reported that Mr Tripp suffered from M.E and Polio and weighed only 9 stone.
It is believe that he was attacked after a case of mistaken identity, as Antoinette Richardson had previously had an argument with a youth in the car park. The youth was standing in front of him in the que.
