Southall
Southall is an area of West London in the borough of Ealing . It has a large asian population and Southall Railway station is one of the only in the country to feature signs in both English and Punjabi.More recently it has seen a large influx of people from Somalia, which has led to some ethnic tension.
Southall Broadway
The main shopping area for Southall is Southall Broadway, which is often referred to as "Little India" due to the large number of street vendors and Indian shops that dominate the area.
Traffic in the region is made worse by pedestrians straying into the road, and caution must be exercised. Southall Broadway is actually Uxbridge Road, which runs for several miles between Uxbridge and Sheperds Bush, several miles down the road is Ealing broadway.
