Xbox
The Microsoft Xbox is a next generate console produced by Microsoft. It was designed to challenge the dominance of the Sony Playstation in early 2000.The original XBox was criticised for a low specification, awkward gameplay and an ugly boxish design.
Games
The XBox had a limited number of games at first, but key titles such as Halo, helped in its popularity. However, compared to the Playstation 2, the XBox has less than 10% the available playable titles.
XBox 360
The Xbox 360 was the second release of the console. Microsoft has sought to gain dominance in the market by launching the machine a whole six months before Sony.
However critics have cited a number of flaws with the machine as evidence that the company rushed the product to market
